LPC, NCC, ART

Whether you’re thinking about starting therapy for the first time or returning after some time away, I want you to know that you’re welcome here. You deserve a space where you can feel heard, supported, and cared for as you navigate whatever life is bringing your way. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I’m here to offer that space—a place where you can show up as you are and begin the work of healing, growing, or simply catching your breath.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My experience includes providing crisis support in domestic violence and sexual abuse centers, working with caregivers at a Children’s Advocacy Center, and offering trauma-informed therapy to adults in community health settings. These experiences have deepened my belief in the power of therapy to create real, lasting change.
As a first-generation Latina, I understand how intimidating or unfamiliar seeking mental health support can feel—especially if therapy hasn’t always felt accessible or culturally attuned. I approach my work with a deep respect for each person’s story, and I’m committed to offering care that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in cultural humility.
I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based modality that uses eye movements and visualization to help clients process distressing memories and experiences. While ART may not be the right fit for everyone, many clients have found it to be a helpful option for addressing trauma and other emotional challenges. When appropriate, we can explore whether ART aligns with your goals and comfort level.
My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and personalized. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and insight that are tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you're working through past pain, navigating a big life change, or simply needing a space to reflect, therapy can be a powerful way to care for yourself.
You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you—genuinely, wholeheartedly, and with care.
